At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Leader Online account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all assembly hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a furniture pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
